9.00am - 10.00am
Junior Squad:
Saturdays, 10.00am - 12noon
Senior Display Team:
Saturdays, 12noon - 2.30pm
These classes cater for gymnasts who are new to the sport or have a basic gymnastics ability. In this class gymnasts work on achieving their Gymnastics Ireland GymSTART Awards aswell as being introduced to flexibility and conditioning exercises.
Our Junior Squad gymnasts continue to work on their Gymnastics Ireland GymSTART Awards as a basis for continuing to improve their gymnastics skills but also work on short choreographed routines where they will perform at local and national events
These selected gymnasts range in age from 8-18+ years of age. They execute gymnastics skills at a very high level. They perform and compete choreographed routines to large national and international audiences.
